Thank you for taking part in our exclusive sale event at Vacanza. Please read carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Eligibility & Offer Period

• This sale is valid only for purchases made online via our website during the sale event period, as defined on our homepage and in promotional communications.
• All promotional offers are while stocks last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Offers cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless explicitly stated.

2. Final Sale Items

• All items purchased under this promotion are final sale: no refunds will be issued for change-of-mind.
• Sale items may only be exchanged for a different size or colourway (if available)
• No returns for refunds are accepted on sale-promo items.
• As a small Australian brand, all international sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for sale orders outside of Australia. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and are working hard on systems to offer an ease exchange process for you.

3. Exchanges and Store Credit

• Exchange and store credit requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and the sale packaging intact.
• If your requested exchange item is sold out or unavailable, store credit will be issued in lieu.
• All international orders will be liable to pay the exchanged shipping fee

4. Faulty Goods

• In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at our customer service email, contact@modalitavacanza.com.au . We will offer a refund or exchange as required.
• Faults caused by misuse, wear & tear, or improper care are not covered under the faulty goods policy.

5. Dispatch & Fulfilment

• Due to the high volume of orders during our sale event, please allow an extra 2-5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
• Once your item is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Domestic and international shipping delays caused by courier partners or customs are out of our direct control; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. 

 

6. Promotional Gifts & Bundles

• Where the sale includes a “free gift” or “bundle offer”, the free gift is not eligible for separate exchange or refund unless faulty.
• If your purchase is returned for exchange or store credit, the value of the free gift may be deducted from your credited amount.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit Use

• Gift cards, loyalty points or store credit cannot be used in conjunction with this promotion, unless explicitly allowed.
• Store credit issued under this sale cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the allotted time frame.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
• If any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
