AVAILABLE ROLE: Brand Support Assistant
The Role
You’ll be the glue across operations, e-commerce, email marketing, and on-set support for shoots. One day you’re loading a Klaviyo flow, the next you’re prepping a shoot call sheet, answering VIP customer queries, packing a showroom rack, or uploading a product to Shopify. If you thrive in a fast, founder-led environment and no job is “too small,” you’ll shine here.
You'll Thrive If You
- Have experience in fashion/e-comm/marketing/studio ops (internships count if you’re hungry and fast).
- Are organised to your core: lists, timelines, follow-through.
- Know your way around Shopify and Klaviyo (or learn fast).
- Can edit videos (CapCut/Adobe), design light assets (Canva/Adobe), and write clean, on-brand copy.
- Confident in front of the camera
- Communicate clearly, move with urgency, and love a beautifully packed rack.
- Bring “no ego” energy
